Cancelling, checking your order, and what happens if something isn't right.

• Can I cancel an order if I change my mind?

  You can cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order at no cost. After that window, orders can't be cancelled unless the goods are wrong.
• What if something is incorrect?

  If an item is incorrect, you do not have to accept it. Please let us know within 14 days. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and help resolve things quickly.

  Please note that we are not liable for any faults or damage to goods sold - even if they were not specifically mentioned in the online description.

• Can I return just part of my order?

  Returns are only for the entire order, not for single items. This is because we sell our goods in sets rather than one by one. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• How long do I have to check my order?

  You have 14 days from collection to inspect your order and report any issues. After this period, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
