Getting Started

Vintage Trading is a business-only marketplace. If you're buying for resale or trade purposes and are based in the UK, you're in the right place. We don't sell to consumers or private individuals.
Simply create an account and complete a quick identity check. Once approved, you'll be able to browse stock, place orders, and manage everything online through your account.
We're required by law to carry out identity checks to keep our platform safe and compliant. It's a standard process, handled securely by a trusted third-party provider, and usually completed within 48 hours.

Delivery & Collection

We currently offer UK mainland delivery only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery is charged at £2.99 per item (SKU) and is automatically calculated at checkout.

Orders with a total goods value of over £1,000 qualify for free delivery.

All orders are shipped via DPD using a fully tracked delivery service.
Orders are dispatched on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with a processing time of up to 2 working days.
Yes, collection is free and available as a checkout option.
Once your order is ready, you will be contacted with collection details from our Leeds (Weaver House) location.

You can select or add delivery addresses within your account at checkout.

If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes can be made where operationally possible.

Yes, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Products

We specialise in second-hand and surplus goods for trade buyers. Items aren't sold as new. Each listing includes key details to help you decide if it's right for your business.

All goods are sold "as seen". We provide general descriptions, but items may show signs of wear or variation. This allows us to offer competitive trade pricing, so we always recommend reviewing listings carefully before buying.

We do our best to be accurate, but descriptions are for general guidance only. Minimum weights may vary slightly (up to 5%), and items are sold as seen.

Orders & Returns

You can cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order at no cost. After that window, orders can't be cancelled unless the goods are wrong.

If an item is incorrect, you do not have to accept it. Please let us know within 14 days. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and help resolve things quickly.

Please note that we are not liable for any faults or damage to goods sold - even if they were not specifically mentioned in the online description.

Returns are only for the entire order, not for single items. This is because we sell our goods in sets rather than one by one. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
You have 14 days from collection to inspect your order and report any issues. After this period, we're unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Payment

We accept all major debit and credit cards. Payment is taken securely online, and your card is charged when you place the order online.
All orders are paid in advance by debit or credit card.
